what is the best pillow for neck problems?

my dr suggested i bought a new pillow as been having lots of problems with neck pain.
i am confused what ones are best - does anyone know? for example memory pillow? orthopeadic? contour memory ? foam contour.
some of them are quite expensive so would like some advise before i buy. cheers

the memory pillows I found them hard and flat,I couldn't get on with them another doctor gave me a bit of advise she told me to get a towel and roll it up like a sausage,and place it under my neck. it works fine, try it for a while before you spend out on expensive pillows.
